Here's a little backstory: I met Dottie at a yard sale, and she invited me back to her house to check out her collection of vintage vinyl. I purchased quite a bit of her vinyl that day. I ended up selling her large records individually, but decided to keep her 45 RPM collection intact in its original 1960s record case. Back in the day, Dottie would bring this case to parties and social gatherings, where she and others would supply 45s for the DJ. The DJ would typically have a rack where individuals could place their 45s, and they’d be played in the order they were received.
This is a vintage carrying/storage case for 45 RPM records. Please examine the photos carefully as there are some corner dings and wear around the edges. Considering its age, the case is in overall great condition. It features a plastic handle, a functional metal clasp, and a cardboard-like material. There are a few stains and corner dings on the lid. The case comes with 50 records inside.
