Royal Copenhagen 1971 Mother’s Day (Mors Dag) Blue Plate, the inaugural piece in this annual commemorative series. Featuring a tender, untitled design of a mother with a cat and kitten, it was crafted by the talented Kamma Svensson. This plate is in excellent vintage condition, with no chips, cracks, or crazing. Made from heavy ceramic in rich cobalt blue and white, it is decorated under the glaze and bears the backstamp "Royal Copenhagen Denmark - Mother’s Day." The plate includes two holes on the back for easy hanging. It measures 6" in diameter. Please refer to the photos for further details.
